Mr. Sridatta Sripada is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He brings extensive experience in statutory and internal audits of companies across diverse sectors, as well as deep expertise in Income Tax and GST advisory, compliance, and litigation.
Over the years, he has handled complex tax matters, led end-to-end audit engagements, and provided strategic guidance on tax planning and regulatory requirements. He has also represented clients before various authorities across multiple levels of both the GST and Income Tax Departments, effectively managing assessments, appeals, and departmental proceedings. Mrs. M. L. Megha Praveena is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has successfully completed her CS Executive from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
